Draft — this content requires legal review before publication.

Introduction

KAIBO Marketing ("KAIBO," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit kaibomarketing.com (the "Site"), contact us, or use our marketing, CRM and automation services (the "Services"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide: name, business name, business email, phone number, website, industry, plan of interest, preferred language, and any details you share about your business challenges. Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs and similar usage data, collected through cookies, pixels and analytics tools. Information from clients: when we provide Services, we may process contact data of our clients' own customers and prospects strictly on our clients' behalf.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations; to provide, configure, maintain and improve the Services; to send transactional and service communications; to send marketing communications where permitted by law and your consent; to process payments; to analyze Site performance; to detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

Text messages and phone calls (TCPA)

We will only send you SMS text messages or place marketing calls using automated technology if you have given prior express written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Email communications (CAN-SPAM)

Marketing emails will identify KAIBO Marketing as the sender and include a working unsubscribe link. We honor opt-out requests promptly. You may still receive transactional or account-related messages after opting out of marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with: service providers that help us operate (for example CRM, scheduling, telephony, messaging, email, hosting, analytics and payment processors), bound by confidentiality obligations; professional advisors; authorities when required by law, subpoena or to protect rights and safety; and a successor entity in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your language preference and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals; there is no uniform standard for responding to them, and the Site does not currently respond to them.

Your privacy rights, including California

Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and others), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, request access, correction or deletion, opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or of targeted advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents may make these requests under the CCPA/CPRA. To submit a request, email info@kaibomarketing.com. We will verify your identity before responding and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing Services, meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements, and resolving disputes, and then delete or de-identify it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or embedded tools that have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
